Directions to Sloan Park – from the south, west and north I-77 to Mooresville, NC (exit 36). Exit and travel NC Highway 150 east (toward Salisbury) for approximately 15 miles. Follow the signs to Sloan Park. Sloan Road will be on your left. From the east, travel I-85 to Jake Alexander Blvd in Salisbury (exit 75). Turn right (if you are coming from the RDU area) (left if from Charlotte area). Off Jake Alexander Blvd, take the NC 150 exit and turn left, heading west on NC 150. Follow the signs to Sloan Park, approximately 9 miles. Sloan Road will be on your right. Look for the NCFG signs when you enter the park. If you get lost, call Bob Pendergrass on his cell phone at 704-787-1631, or pager 704-638-6915.
Great food and fun for everyone. Catered BBQ lunch will be at noon.
Bring a favorite dessert if you like. Drinks provided. Anyone with
special dietary needs should bring their own provisions! Business meeting
and auction will follow lunch. Bring your items for sale or auction and come ready to have a good time and kick off our 2007 - 2008 hawking season!
